It is so incredibly important to provide the space and the thinking "frame" for individuals to process the changes imposed on them and on other people within a business.Recently I heard many highly experienced existing leaders talking about “the baggage” brought along from the history of the business. This baggage continues to enter conversations, decisions, attitudes and judgements because it hasn’t been aired, resolved and “cleared” away with powerful re-framing.

Never underestimate the power of baggage; and therefore the need to encourage individuals to:

*react
*reflect
*rethink; and
* reframe.

It is so incredibly important to provide the space and the thinking “frame” for individuals to process the changes imposed on them and on other people within a business.

Do this kind of processing and people carry “memories” into the room or the conversation rather than “baggage” – which implies regrets that haven’t yet been processed!
