Leadership Development Programmes

Our leadership development programmes are based on our innovative Courageous Leaders model. After consultation with you we determine the best place for your people to commence their leadership development journey and, for those who have already started, how best to continue their leadership journey. This gives you flexibility and a framework to cater for the needs of individuals.

These programmes espouse the need for courageous leaders and are underpinned by the assumption that to lead and manage an organisation and its people with purpose, passion, courage and authenticity, managers need leadership mastery spanning the 4 critical facets of mastery: self, relationship, business and technical. Courageous Leadership development initiatives concentrate on the first three leadership mastery components: self, relationship and business mastery.

The three critical components of our leadership development initiatives integrate together and with workplace support, embed the changed behaviours.

Leadership Development

These half day or one day modules focus on all key leadership behaviours. The leadership development journey has a number of stages: Foundation Modules - preparing pre emerging leaders (Supervisors) with some understanding of Relationship and Self Mastery Emerging Leaders Modules - deeper understanding of Self and Relationship Mastery modules, developing a high level of Confidence, Conviction and Courage. Strategic Leadership modules - deep understanding of Self and Relationship Mastery modules plus a deep understanding of Business Mastery Modules. Very high level of Confidence, Conviction and Courage. Existing Leaders - Deep understanding of all Leadership Mastery modules. High level of Courage, ability to be Challenged enthusiastically and a deep understanding of the embracing of Change.

Leadership MasterClasses

Half day classes to catalyse people's thinking, giving them time to explore how they can lead courageously. MasterClasses provide quick bursts of challenging, insightful and useful content to inspire your leaders into buidling an achievement culture. We liaise with you to choose the MasterClass sessions and content that is most relevant to your population of leaders - their experiences, prior learning and business pressures.

Leadership Thinking Clubs

Short 2.5 hour sessions to promote better business thinking. Participants are presented with a topic or article and asked to engage in challenging conversations with each other about the concepts in the article and the practical applications to their business and for the market both in Australia and globally. Your leaders are encouraged to think strategically and operationally beyond their immediate business unit and job responsibility.
