Facilitation Mandy's reputation as a confrontational, challenging and outcome driven facilitator of conferences, events, strategy and debrief sessions has been earned with her work for many publicly listed and large privately owned companies. This style means she is ideally suited to facilitate tough workshops, like those for people on the receiving end of change or leading the imposition of change; or capturing the lessons learned from a large project.
Mandy brings her deep knowledge of critical leadership issues; she has a strong operational and very hands-on business background and a highly developed capability in facilitation.
